Take a deeper look at history, the West, particularly the USA, the UK and France have had a long history of interference in the Middle East. The entire shape of the Middle East was decided by colonial powers, then there were coups in Iran and Iraq orchestrated by the USA and UK, each imposing despots friendly to the West in place of democratic governments – one of which was of course Saddam Hussein.
Soldiers are not heroes, they are tools of war 
Except they didn’t like us BEFORE we bombed them.. But god forbid you get your facts correct..
